RESOLUTION NO. 86-64
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE ON NINTH
STREET AT GLENVIEW SCHOOL.
Upon request of the principal of Glenview School,
and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that Glenview
School is a place of public assembly within the meaning of
City Code Section l5.86et seq; and the City Administrator is
hereby directed to mark a passenger loading zone on the north
side of Ninth Street from 170 feet west of Hanna Street to
270 feet west of Hanna Street on school days only between
8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. as provided in City Code Section 15.90.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October 1986, by
the following vote:
