RESOLUTLON NO. 87~9
RESOLUTION OF THE CLTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GLLROY ESTABLISHING REQUIRED BONDING FOR DESIGNATED
CITY OFFICIALS
WHEREAS, Section 2.8 of the City Code provides that
the City Council shall require designated city officials
to be bonded in such amounts as may be required by resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
bond requirements are hereby established for the following
officials:
City Administrator
Director of Finance/Treasurer
City Clerk
$50,000.00
$50,000.00
$50,000.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of February, 1987 by
