Resolution 1987-22 . . --~. RESOLUTION NO. 87-22 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING SEWER PLANT JURISDICTION AND RATES FOR SEPTIC TANK PUMPERS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code Section 19.110, the City Council does hereby establish city sewer plant jurisdiction as that part of Santa Clara County south of the San Jose city limits. Septic tank waste collected outside of this area shall not be accepted at the sewer plant. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code Section 19.110, the City Council does hereby establish a fee of $0.04 per gallon for dumping septic tank waste.
