RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
EAST NINTH ST. ET AL REFUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, SERIES 87-1
The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
This City Council approves that certain agreement between
the City of Gilroy, and HANNA & BRUNETTI, Civil Engineers, for
services as Engineer of Work for East Ninth St. Et Al Assessment
District, Series 87-1, City of Gilroy, Santa Clara County,
California, dated the 20th day of April, 1987, and attached to this
resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest its execution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 20th
day of April, 1987.

AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
EAST NINTH ST. ET AL REFUNDING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, SERIES 87-1
This is an agreement for engineering services between the
City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California,
referred to as Client, and HANNA & BRUNETTI, Civil Engineers,
referred to as Engineer.
1. Client retains Engineer as Engineer of Work for East
Ninth St. Et Al Refunding Assessment District, Series 87-1, City of
Gilroy, Santa Clara County, California, to prepare the reassessment
report as required in Section 9523 of the Streets and Highways Code
(Refunding Act of 1984 for 1915 Improvement Act Bonds).
2. In consideration of the services set forth in
paragraph 1, Client shall pay to Engineer the amount of $2,500.00,
within 30 days after delivery of refunding bonds in the reassessment
proceedings.
Payment by Client of said compensation is contingent upon
the levy of reassessments and the sale and delivery of refunding
bonds. If, for any reason, reassessments are not confirmed and
refunding bonds delivered, Engineer shall be paid no fee.
