RESOLUTION NO, 87~46
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING RATES FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code
Section 19.79, the City Council does hereby establish the
following rates for Sanitary Sewer Service to become effective
June 2Q,1987.
1. Residential Users will pay flat rates as follows:
Single Family Residences $ 12.37 / month
Multi~Family Res. Units and
Mobile Home Park Units 10.73 /mo. /unit
2. Commercial and Institutional users will pay rates
based on water consumption as follows l.
Office/School/Church/
Car Wash/Assembly Halls $ 1.43 / 1,000 gaL
Dept/Retail/Laundry/Misc. 1. 77 / I,OOO gaL
Auto/Hosp/Hotel/Motel 1. 89 / I,OOO gaL
Paper Cont/Multi~use 2.25 / 1,000 gal.
Commercial Laundries 2.49 / I,OOO gaL
Bakeries 2.60 I I,OOO gal.
Food Processors 2.96 / I,OOO gaL
Hotels w/Restaurant 3.19 I I,OOO gaL
Groc/Mortuary/Restaurant 3.78 I I,OOO gal.
3. Users outside the city limits shall pay three times
the rates of city users as follows:
