RESOLUTION NO, 87-47
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ADJUSTING SElv.ER DEVELOPMENT FEES
FOR RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIT~ OF
GILROY that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code
Section 21.52 the City Council does hereby establish the
following fees for sewer development to become effective
immediately.
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT
3. Sewer Developmen~ Fees (Offsite);
a. Residential:
- Single Family
- Duplex
- Triplex
- Apartments (4 or more)
b. Mobile Home Park
$1~090.00/dwelling unit
$I,980.00
$2,525.00
$ 752,00/dwelling unit
$I,090.00 + $634.00/space
c. Commercial/lndustrial/Motels/Hotels $456,00 per 100 gals/day
or $I,090.00, whichever is
greater
