RESOLUTION NO. 87 - 72
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING OFFICERS WHO MAY
INITIATE INDUSTRIAL DISABILITY RETIREMENT FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the Personnel
Director of the City of Gilroy be and is authorized to initiate industrial
disability retirement for City Employees and consent to the filing of required
documents pertaining to same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of October, 1987, by the following
