RESOLUTION NO. 87~78
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
RECOMMENDING NO MODIFICATION OF THE URBAN SERVICE
AREA OF THE CITY OF GILROY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF
SANTA CLARA
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning
Commission and staff has recommended denial of two requests
for modification of the Urban Service Area, made no recommenda-
tion as to a third request, recommended inclusion of a Dom::th
request as to 25 acres at 8690 San Ysidro Avenue). and
WHEREAS. after further study and hearings the Council
concurs with denying the three requests not recommended for
approval and continuing the fourth request recommended for
inclusion, and good cause appearing therefor,
NOW. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves and reco~~ends no parcels for inclusion
into the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy at this time.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November 1987 by
the following vote:
