RESOLUTION NO. 87-81
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
SETTING FEES FOR THE REGISTRATION OF ALARM SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, GILROY CITY CODE SECTION 3A.4. provides
for the setting of an annual registration fee for telephone
police alarm systems;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gilroy City
Council, that the annual registration fee for Police Alarm
Systems shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential
and commercial automatic dial-in alarm systems.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, 1987,
by the following vote to become effective February 3, 1988:
AYES: COUNC ILMEMBERS : GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, MUS SALLEM,
PALMERLEE, VALDEZ and HUGHAN
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
