RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING RATIOS FOR FUTURE SANITARY
SEWER SERVICE RATE CALCULATIONS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROYt CALIFORNIA, that the City Council does hereby
establish the following ratios for future Sanitary Sewer
Service rate calculations under Gilroy City Code Section
19.79:
