RESOLUTION NO, 88~5
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY RECOMMENDING MODIFICATION OF THE
URBAN SERVICE AREA OF THE CITY OF GILROY
WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA AND ANNEXATION
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning
Commission and staff has recommended modification of the
Urban Service Area by inclusion of a request as to 0.28
acre North of Gilman Road and East of Camino Arroyo
and for annexation of the parcel, and
WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the
Council concurs with approving the request recommended for
inclusion, and for annexation thereof, and good cause appearing
therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Gilroy approves and recommends for inclusion into
the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy the 0.28 acre
parcel described as Assessorfs Parcel No. 841-l9-035t North of
Gilman Road and East of Camino Arroyo and for the annexation
thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January 1988,
by the following vote:

PALMERLEE, VALDEZ and HUGHAN
