RESOLUTION NO. 88~11
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TOYACATE ALL OR PART OF
A 6 FOOT ROAD AND UTILITIES EASEMENT ALONG THE
WEST BOUNDARY OF A PARCEL ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
HECKER PASS HIGHWAY EAST OF TTS INTERSECTION WITH
KELTON DRIVE.
WHEREAS, all or part of a 6 foot road and utilities
easement along the west boundary of a parcel on the north
side of Hecker Pass Highway east of its intersection with
Kelton Drive, is unnecessary for present or prospective
public purposes and should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of
the City of Gilroy that it does hereby declare its intention
to vacate all or part of a 6 foot road and utilities easement
along the west boundary of a parcel on the north side of Hecker
Pass Highway east of its intersection with Kelton Drive, as is
precisely shown on a map on file in the Department of Public
Works.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be
published and said rights of way posted as required in the
Public Streets, Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law
under which this proceeding is instituted; and 8 p.m. ,April 4 t
1988, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 7351 Rosanna Streett
Gilroy, California, is hereby designated as the time and place
at which said City Council shall hear any and all persons
interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation.

Gilroy Dispatcht a newspaper published in the City of Gilroy,
at a date at least ten (10) days prior to the time of hearing.
