" RESOLUTION NO. 88-49 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY RESCINDING AND SETTING ASIDE RESOLUTIONS NOS. 86-23, 86-24, 86-45 AND 87-66 PURSUANT TO COURT ORDER WHEREAS, the Santa Clara County Superior Court, Judge Peter G. Stone presiding, in Action No. 611105, ordered the City of Gilroy to void and set aside four resolutions pertaining to the Long-Term Waste Management Plan; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy rescinds and sets aside its Resolutions No. 86-23 certifying the final Environmental Impact Report, No. 86-44 adopting the Alternative SL project, No. 86-45 making findings for Plan Adoption under CEQA and No. 87-66 authorizing app1i- cation for waste discharge requirements, all for the Long-Term Waste Water Management Plan.
