RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 54
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CRIMINAL
HISTORY INFORMATION IN RELATION TO EMPLOYMENT AND LICENSING.
Upon recommendation of the City Attorney, and good cause appearing
threfore,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to Section 1]105 of the
Penal Code of the State of California, the following officers of the City of Gilroy
are hereby authorized to have access to and to utilize state summary criminal
history information when it is needed to assist them in fulfilling employment,
certification or licensing duties: City Administrator, Personnel Director,
Director of Public Safety, City Attorney, Assistant Fire Chief responsible for fire
prevention, Fire Prevention Officer, and Fire Officer responsible for the public
safety computer system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this ]5th day of August, ]988, by the following vote:
