RESOLUTION NO. 88-57
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL
PLAN FOR THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the
Planning Staff and Planning Commission have recommended
amendments to the General Plan for the City of Gilroy
and of the General Plan Map, and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council
of the City of Gilroy approves the following amendments to
the General Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of CITY OF GILROY, GPA 88-1. for
a General Plan change from Low Density Residential
to Medium Density Residential on 1.1 acres, being
APN 808-09-052 through 057 and 808-10-002 at the
southwest and southeast corner of Santa Barbara and
Monte Bello Drives.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 1988,
by the following vote:
