RESOLUTION NO. 88-.58
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING FEE EXEMPTIONS ON LANDS TO
BE DESIGNATED OPEN SPACE
WHEREAS, after study, the City Administrator and
Planning staff have suggested revision of the City of
Gilroy Comprehensive Fee Schedule for the Planning Department
on dedicated public open space, and good cause appearing
therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council
of the City of Gilroy approves the following revision to the
City of Gilroy Comprehensive Fee Schedule of the City of
Gilroy:
PLANNING DEPARTMENT
NOTE; Acreage fees for General Plan amen dm en t>>
Urban Service Area Addition and Zone Change applica-
tions shall be waived for land dedicated for public
open space unless density transfers are part of the
dedication, in which case a possible partial credit
shall be calculated.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 1988,
