RESOLUTION NO. 88 - 76
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY COMMENDING SERVICES OF MRS.
JEANNE WENNEBERG.
WHEREAS, Jeanne Wenneberg has been employed by the City of Gilroy for
20 years; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Wenneberg has declared to retire from the City of
Gilroy on December 30, 1988; and
WHEREAS, Jeanne Wenneberg has served as an employee in the Finance
Department since December 26, 1968, representing two decades; and
WHEREAS, during her long period of service, always performed her
duties conscientiously, honestly and with the best interests of the City of Gilroy;
and
WHEREAS, Jeanne Wenneberg has always been a helpful and willing
employee; and
WHEREAS, the Gilroy City Council desires to take this opportunity to
commend Mrs Wenneberg's past services to the City of Gilroy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Gilroy City Council does
hereby commend and honor Mrs. Wenneberg for her conscientious and faithful service
during her tenure with the City of Gilroy.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we do hereby extend our best wishes to
Jeanne Wenneberg and her family for continued success and happiness.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December, 1988, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM, VALDEZ and
HUGHAN.
