RESOLUTION NO. 89-1
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ADOPTING THE PROVISIONS OF CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE
SECTION 1094.6 PERTAINING TO JUDICIAL REVIEW TO
APPLY IN THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended adoption
of the provisions of Code of Civil Procedure section
1094.6 to apply in the City of Gilroy, and good cause
appearing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Gilroy approves the provisions of Code of
Civil Procedure section 1094.6 which provide that petitions
for judicial review of Council decisions must be filed
within 90 days and adopts the same to apply in the City of
Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 1989,
