RESOLUTION NO. 89...10
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
SETTING FEES FOR OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT PERMITS
WHEREAS, GILROY CITY CODE SECTION 13A.l provides
for the setting of a fee for outdoor entertainment permit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Gilroy City
Council, that the fee for outdoor entertainment permits
shall be fifty dollars ($50.00).
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of March, 1989,
by the following vote:

COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM,
PALMERLEE and HUGHAN
COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
