RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 16
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING OFFICERS WHO MAY
EXECUTE RIGHT OF WAY CERTIFICATIONS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF GILROY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the following
officers of the said City of Gilroy be and they are authorized to execute right of
way certifications on behalf of the City of Gilroy:
Roberta H. Hughan, Mayor
Jay Baksa, City Administrator
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1989, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM, PALMERLEE
VALDEZ and HUGHAN.
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
