RESOLUTION NO. 89 -17
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 TO
AGREEMENT FOR MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS IN THE CITY OF GILROY.
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Business and Transporttion
Agency, Department of Transportation, has presented Amendment No. 2 to the
"Agreement for Maintenance of Traffic Signals in the City of Gilroy", dated June
12, 1980; and
~IEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment No. 2 in full and
is familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Gilroy
that said Amendment No. 2 is hereby approved and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of April, 1989, by the following vote:

VALDEZ and HUGHAN.
