RESOLUTION NO. 89..26
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DESIGNATING PARKING TIME LIMITS ON THE EAST SIDE
OF EIGLEBERRY STREET FROM 102 FEET NORTH OF FIFTH
STREET TO 180 FEET NORTH OF FIFTH STREET
Upon recommendation and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY pursuant to Section 15.69 of the Gilroy City Code
that a two hour parking time limit be established on the
east side of Eigleberry Street from 102 feet north of Fifth
Street to 180 feet north of Fifth Street on any day except
Sundays and holidays between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.,
when so posted at the direction of the City Administrator.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of May 1989 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM,
P ALMERLEE and HUGHAN
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: VALDEZ
