Resolution 1989-34 ~ ~ RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 34 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING RATES FOR WATER SERVICE AND SANITARY SEWER SERVICE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code Sections 27.42 and 27.50, the City Council does hereby establish the following rates for Water Service to become effective July 1, 1989. 1. Rates under Section 27.42 for metered service in the city shall be the following Base Rates plus $0.81 per 1,000 gallons or fraction thereof used per month. Meter Size 3/4" 1" 1 1/2" 2" Base Rate Per Month 3.18 3.58 8.95 14.31 Base Ra te Meter Size 3" 4" 6" Per Month 39.49 119.65 242.61 Rates for larger meters will be established by the Finance Department as necessary. 2. Rates under Section 27.50 for metered service outside the city shall be double the rates charged in the city under Section 27.42. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code Section 19.79, the City Council does hereby establish the following rates for Sanitary Sewer Service to become effective July 1, 1989.
