RESOLUTION NO. 89-46
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 89-11 REGULATING WATER USE
WHEREAS, due to earlier darkness, adjustment of watering
hours seems advisable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that paragraph l2.a. of
Resolution 89-11 shall be amended to read as follows:
l2.a.
Water
shall not be
used
for
any
residential, business, or industrial outdoor irrigation
purpose between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September 1989, by the
