Resolution 1989-60 . . ~\ RESOLUTION NO. 89 - 60 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY COMMENDING SERVICES OF MR. FRANCISO CASTRO, PUBLIC WORKS MAINTENANCE II WHEREAS, Mr. Castro has been employed by the City of Gilroy for over two decades; and WHEREAS, Mr. Castro has declared to retire from the City of Gilroy; and WHEREAS, Francisco Castro has served as an employee in the Public Works Department since 1968; and WHEREAS, during his long period of service he was a key person to the Sewer Division and always performed his duties conscientiously, honestly and with the best interests of the City of Gilroy; and WHEREAS, Mr. Castro has always been a helpful and willing employee; and WHEREAS, the Gilroy City Council desires to take this opportunity to commend Mr. Castro's past services to the City of Gilroy. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Gilroy City Council does hereby commend and honor Mr. Castro for his conscientious and faithful service during his tenure with the City of Gilroy. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we do hereby extend our best wishes to Francisco Castro and his family for continued success and happiness.
