RESOLUTION NO. 89-64
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY REcOMl1ENDING MODIFICATION OF THE
URBAN SERVICE AREA OF THE CITY OF GILROY
WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning
Commission has recommended modification of the Urban
Service Area by inclusion of a request as to 2,142 acres
southwest of Santa Teresa Boulevard and south of Uvas
Creek, and
WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the
Council concurs with approving the request recommended for
inclusion, and good cause appearing therefor,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Gilroy approves and recommends for inclusion into
the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy the 2,142 acre
parcel described as portions of Assessor's Parcels Nos.
808-19-002; 808-20-001 thru 006, 011; 810-20-003; 810-22-001
thru 003; 810-23-001 thru 003, 005 thru 007; 810-24-001 thru
006; 810-28-001 thru 006, 012 thru 020; 810-29-001, 002, 009
thru 020; 810-31-005 thru 015, 018 thru 026; 810-33-005 thru
015, 017 thru 083.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December 1989, by
the following vote:

NOES: cOUNcILMEMBERS: NONE
