RESOLUTION NO. 89-67
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AN AMEND}illNT TO THE GENERAL PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF GILROY
~fHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the Planning
Staff and Planning Commission have recommended against an
amendment to the General Plan for the City of Gilroy and of
the General Plan Map, and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendment set forth below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
the City of Gilroy approves the following amendment to the
General Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of DR. PETER GREGOR & DR. T. GALLO,
GPA 89-8, for a General Plan change from County to
Professional Office and to include the parcel in the
20 year planning area, on 2.761 acres, being APN 835-14-40
at the northeast corner of Cohansey Avenue and Terri
Court.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18/th day of December 1989, by
the following vote:
AYES: cOUNcILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, MUSSALLEM, PALMERLEE
and VALDEZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: KLOEcKER and HUGHAN
ABSENT: cOUNcILMEMBERS: NONE
