RESOLUTION NO. 90-15
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR VEHICLES
TOWED AND IMPOUNDED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that upon application by the Director
of Public Safety, the City Council does hereby establish a
fee of Twenty Five Dollars ($25.00) for release of towed and
impounded vehicles in order to cover administrative and
processing costs of the Police Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of Harch 1990.
