RESOLUTION NO. 90-17
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
FIXING MAXIMUM CHARGES FOR THE COLLECTION OF
RECYCLABLE MATERIALS
RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gilroy
does hereby declare that the following are the charges
for collection of recyclable materials in addition to the
charges now in effect for the collection of garbage, rubbish
and refuse pursuant to Section 12.23 of the Gilroy City Code;
The additional charges shall be as follows:
E. Recyclable 'Materials.
(1) Garbage can service, per residential unit: $1.00
per month.
(2) Bin and drop box service: 3% of monthly rate.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March 1990 by
the following vote:
