RESOLUTION NO. 90 -19
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY FOR AND IN SUPPORT OF THE STATE OF
CALIFORNIA PPLICATIONS FOR FUNDS FOR THE 1989 NORTHERN CALIFORNIA EARTHQUAKE
PROJECT APPLICATION FOR STATE OF CALIFORNIA ASSISTANCE.
WHEREAS, the City of Gilroy desires to undertake project applications for
State of California ssistance to be funded from funds made available through Office
of Emergency Services as a result of the 1989 Northern California Earthquake; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Administrator of the City of
Gilroy is authorized, on its behalf to submit project applications for said State
of California assistance including any extension or amendments thereto.
