RESOLUTION NO. 90-22
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF GILROY
mIEREAS, after study and public hearing, the
Planning Staff and Planning Commission have recommended
against amendments to the General Plan for the City of
Gilroy and of the General Plan Map, and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of
Gilroy approves the following amendments to the General Plan
and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of ROBERT and BARBARA NOBLE
GPA 89-6 for a General Plan change from P/PF
(Park/Public Facility) to LDR (Low Density
Residential) on 8.03 acres, being APN 783~20-16
south of Sunrise Drive on Santa Teresa Boulevard.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 1990 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCIU1EMBERS: GAGE, HALE, MUSSALLEM, NELSON,
VALDEZ and HUGHAN
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS : KLOECKER
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
