RESOLUTION NO. 90-23
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the Planning
Staff and Planning Commission have recommended amendments
to the General Plan for the City of Gilroy and of the General
Plan Map, and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the following amendments to the
General Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of GILROY MEDICAL DENTAL CENTER
for a General Plan change from Professional Office to
Low Density Residential on 1.1 acres, being APN 799-
26-39 at the northwest corner of Princevalle Street
and Georgetown Place.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 1990 by the
