RESOLUTION NO. 90-25
RESOLUTION OF THE cOUNCTL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
DESIGNATING A NO PARKING AND A TOW AWAY ZONE FOR
VEHICLES OVER FIVE TONS ON THE WEST SIDE OF MURRAY
AVENUE FROM LEAVESLEY ROAD TO 1500 FEET SOUTH OF
LEAVESLEY ROAD
Upon recommendation and good cause appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY pursuant to Section 15.69 of the Gilroy City Code
that a no parking and a tow away zone for vehicles over
five tons be established on the west side of Murray Avenue
from Leaves1ey Road to 1500 feet south of Leaves1ey Road at
all times, when so posted at the direction of the City
Administrator.
PASSED AllD ADOPTED this 16th day of April 1990 by the
