RESOLUTION NO. 90-26
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING A TENTATIVE MAP FOR 24 RESIDENTIAL LOTS
ON APPROXIMATELY 2.3 ACRES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
THIRD STREET BETWEEN CHURCH AND ROSANNA STREETS
WHEREAS, application TM 90-01 has been made by GILROY DEL
MONTE PROPERTIES, INC. to the Planning Commission for approval of
a tentative map for 24 residential lots on 2.3 acres on the south
side of Third Street between Church and Rosanna Streets, and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing the Planning Commission has
passed Resolution No. 90-12 in which it recommends approval of
the tentative map subject to 20 conditions, and,
WHEREAS, the Council has has previously approved a Negative
Declaration for this project under the California Environmental
Quality Act and has held a public hearing on the application and
has considered the Planning Commission recommendation and the
evidence presented;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Gilroy that;
I. The tentative map is approved subject to the 20
conditions set forth by the Planning Commission in its Resolution
No. 90-12.
