RESOLUTION NO. 90-33
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ESTABLISHING RATES FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that
pursuant to the provisions of Gilroy City Code section 19.79, the
City Council does hereby establish the following rates for
Sanitary Sewer Service to become effective this date:

gallons/disposal equals=2550 gpm or 85 gpd. Single family
