RESOLUTION NO. 90-41
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN FOR
THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the Planning
Staff and Planning Commission have recommended amendments to the
General Plan for the City of Gilroy and of the General Plan Map,
and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the following amendments to the General
Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of NOB HILL GENERAL STORE, INC. for a
General Plan change from Rural Residential or no
designation and outside the General Plan Area to Rural
Residential, Open Space or Visitor Serving Commercial
and inclusion in the 20-year Planning area on 882.99
acres and various A.P.N.'s as shown on the attached
Table I, and located at 3050 Hecker Pass Highway.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 1990 by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM,
VALDEZ and HUGHAN
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
