RESOLUTION NO. 90-45
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN FOR THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the Planning
Staff and Planning Commission have recommended amendments to the
General Plan for the City of Gilroy and of the General Plan Map,
and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the following amendments to the General
Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of GENNARO FILICE for a General
Plan change from Open Space to General Services
Commercial on 27 acres, being APN 841-14-26,27 at
5480 Old Monterey Highway east of U.S. 101.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of July 1990 by the
following vote:

COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM,
NELSON and VALDEZ
NOES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: HUGHAN
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
