RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 65
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS.
BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gilroy does hereby
authorize General Services Administration of the United States Government to
purchase materials, supplies, and equipment for and on the behalf of the City of
Gilroy and that the Purchasing Agent of the City of Gilroy is hereby authorized and
directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents in
connection therewith for and on behalf of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of September, 1990, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: GAGE, HALE, MUSSALLEM, NELSON, VALDEZ and
KLOECKER.
NOES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT:
