RESOLUTION NO. 90-74
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
GENERAL PLAN FOR THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing, the Planning
Staff and Planning Commission have recommended amendments to the
General Plan for the City of Gilroy and of the General Plan Map,
and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the following amendments to the General
Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of CITY OF GILROY for a General
Plan change from Open Space and Low Density
Residential to Park/Public Facility on 30 acres,
being APN 808-18-008 and part of 808-18-11 west of
Miller Avenue and south of Uvas Creek.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November 1990 by the
following vote:

VALDEZ and KLOECKER
NOES:
