RESOLUTION NO. 90-80
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND
SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS
COUNTRY ESTATES - PHASE I ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
The city Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
1. At the direction of this City Council, the Director of
Public Works, as Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in
Country Estates - Phase I Assessment District, City of Gilroy,
Santa Clara County, California, has filed with the City Clerk the
report described in section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code
(Municipal Improvement Act of 1913). This City Council accepts the
report without modification, for the purpose of conducting a
hearing of protests to the improvements described in the report.
2. This City Council sets 8:00 P.M. on January 22, 1991, at
the Chambers of the City Council, 735l.Rosanna Street, Gilroy,
California 95020, as the time and place for hearing protests to the
proposed improvements.
3. The city Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail the
notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act of
1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance. ,The notice shall be
published in the GILROY-MORGAN HILL DISPATCH.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th
day of December, 1990, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
