RESOLUTION NO. 90-86
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
REVISING THE WATER RECONNECTION CHARGE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
that pursuant to the recommendation of the Director of Finance,
the City Council does hereby establish the following revised
charge for reconnecting water service.

Payment for reconnection involving overtime $50.00
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of December, 1990, by the
