RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 4
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 88-74
AUTHORIZING OFFICERS WHO MAY CONDUCT FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY
OF GILROY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the following
officers of the said City of Gilroy be and they are authorized to conduct financial
transactions on behalf of the City of Gilroy.

City Treasurer
