RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 14
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1
The City Council of the City of Gilroy resolves:
This Council approves that certain agreement between the City
of Gilroy and MH Engineering Co. for services as Engineer of Work
for Maintenance District No.1, City of Gilroy, Santa Clara County,
California, dated
March 4
, 1991, and attached to this
resolution.
The Mayor is authorized to sign the agreement and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest its execution.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the City Council of the City of
Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 4th
day of March, 1991, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES; and in favor, thereof, Councilmembers: GAGE, HALE, KLOECKER,
MUSSALLEM, NELSON, VALDEZ and HUGHAN.

AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1
This is an agreement for engineering services between the
City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California,
referred to as City, and MH ENGINEERING CO., referred to as
Engineer.
1. City retains Engineer as Consulting Engineer for
Maintenance District No.1, City of Gilroy, Santa Clara County,
California, to perform the following services:
(a) Preparation of the report required by the
City of Gilroy Maintenance District Act, Article IV
of Chapter 12A of the Code of the City of Gilroy.
(b) Compilation of a list of the names and addresses of
all owners of land within the maintenance assessment
district in accordance with records of the County
Assessor or in accordance with title reports
provided by the City.
(c) Attendance at meetings of City Council when
requested by city's staff.
(d) Attendance at all other public meetings of property
at which matters relating to the assessment district
are considered, except routine matters.
(e) Attendance at staff meetings or meetings of property
owners upon the request of the City, after
reasonable notice.
(f) Telephone consultation with staff members and
property owners to answer engineering questions
about the assessment proceedings.
2. In consideration of the services set forth, City shall
pay to Engineer the amount of $12,000.00.
