RESOLUTION No. 91-16
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN FOR THE
CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, after study and public hearing on GPA 90-11,
Staff and Planning Commission have recommended amendments to the
General Plan for the City of Gilroy and of the general Plan Map,
and
WHEREAS, the Council, after study and public hearing,
has approved the amendments set forth below,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the
City of Gilroy approves the following amendments to the General
Plan and Map of the City of Gilroy:
The application of COAST RANGE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
and CITY OF GILROY for a General Plan change from
Open Space to Medium Density Residential on 0.2
acres, and from Medium Density Residential to Open
Space on 6.5 acres, being APN 799-44-102, 103 and
104 and 799-36-06 north of Thomas Road Bridge and
west of San Antonio Court.
PASSED ADOPTED this 18th day of March 1991 by the
following vote:
