RESOLUTION 91-21
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY REVISING LICENSE AND APPLICATION FEES FOR
TRANSIENT BUSINESS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
that pursuant to the recommendation of the Director of Finance,
the City Council does hereby establish license fees and
application fees for businesses with no fixed place of business
as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.

1. Transient Business License: (Peddlers, Solicitors, Vendors, or vehicle,
wagon, pushcart or car not stationary for less than 10 minutes) .with no
fixed place of business within the City limits.:
