RESOLUTION 91-26
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-22 REGULATING
WATER USE.
WHEREAS,
due
to
additional information,
amendment
of watering regulations seem advisable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that paragraph 11 of
Resolution No. 91-26 regulating outdoor water use during 1991
shall be amended to provide that odd-even irrigation is highly
recommended by the city, but a variation from the odd-even
schedule is not a citable offense due to difficulty in setting
automatic sprinklers.
