RESOLUTION 91-27
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-22 REGULATING
WATER USE.
WHEREAS,
due
to
additional information,
amendment
of watering regulations seem advisable,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that paragraph 4 and 5
of Resolution No. 91-22 regulating outdoor water use during 1991
shall be amended as follows:
4. Washing of one's car may take place on any day.
5. Decorative fountains are permitted if they use a
recirculating system.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May 1991, by the
