RESOLUTION No. 91-33
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AMENDMENT TO THE TRAFFIC SIGNAL MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT NO. 04-5034-C WITH THE STATE
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
Upon recommendation of the City Engineer, and good cause
appearing therefor,
BE IT RESOLVED that the July 1, 1991 Amendment to the
Traffic Signal Maintenance Agreement No. 04-S034-C with the State
Department of Transportation is hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Mayor Roberta Hughan is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June 1991 by the
