RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 41
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ESTABLISHING RATES FOR SANITARY
SEWER SERVICE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF GILROY, CALIFORNIA, that pursuant to the
provisions of Gilroy City Code section 19.79, the City Council does hereby
establish the following rates for Sanitary Sewer Service to become effective this
date:
FLAT RATE USERS:
Single Family
Multi Family/Mobile Home
RV Sewer Dump
$
20.25/mo.
l4.39/mo.
53.78/mo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of July, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: HALE, KLOECKER, MUSSALLEM, NELSON, VALDEZ and
HUGHAN.
NOES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: None
