RESOLUTION NO. 91- 76
A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY ESTABLISHING ARROYO CIRCLE AS A STOP
STREET AND CREATING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT THE
INTERSECTION OF ARROYO CIRCLE AND CAMINO
ARROYO IN THE CITY OF GILROY
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that the
existing stop signs on Camino Arroyo and the Pacific West outlet
Mall main driveway at the intersection with Arroyo Circle be
supplemented by stop signs in each direction on Arroyo circle,
because traffic volumes have increased to a point which warrants
a four-way stop.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT Arroyo Circle shall
be a stop street at its intersection with Camino Arroyo and the
Pacific West Outlet Mall main driveway, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to install two stop signs on Arroyo Circle
at said intersection, thereby creating a four-way stop.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1991 by the
following vote:

COUNCILMEMBERS: GILROY, HALE, KLOECKER, ROwLISON,
VALDEZ and GAGE.
NOES:
COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT:
